This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy“) governs how we, HAIL STORM PRODUCTS LLC., and our affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “HAIL STORM PRODUCTS,”, “we,” “us” or “our“), use Personal Information (defined below) that we collect, receive and store in connection with the use of: (i) the website, and any other website managed by Hail Storm Products, referred to herein as the “Service” and or “Site.”

This Privacy Policy forms, as applicable, part of: (i) our Terms of Use as described on the Site and (ii) our policies regarding purchase of our product(s) and services.

1. Policy. We are committed to respecting your online privacy and we recognize your need for the protection and management of any Personal Information that you share with us. 10. Links to Other Sites. Our Service may contain links to other sites. Other sites may also reference or link to our Service. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such other sites.

11. Children’s Privacy. The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13 years old, and we do not intend to collect Personal Information from anyone we know to be under 13 years of age.

12. Security. The security of your Personal Information is important to us. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, We cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Your California Privacy Rights. California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits customers of HAIL STORM PRODUCTS who are California residents to request certain information regarding its disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
