Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the continental United States. No minimum purchase required.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days - FREE
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days - $19.95
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days - $29.95

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the ship date, not the order date. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST typically ship same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST ship the following business day.

Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories

We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories. Due to the additional distance, shipping rates and times differ from the continental U.S.

We proudly ship Hail Protector systems to customers worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Available Destinations

We currently ship to over 50 countries including Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, and many more. If your country isn't available at checkout, please contact us.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Canada: 5-10 business days
  • Mexico: 7-14 business days
  • Europe: 10-21 business days
  • Australia/New Zealand: 14-28 business days
  • Other International: 14-30 business days

Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated fees before ordering.

All customs documentation is completed by our shipping team. Products are marked as 'Inflatable Vehicle Protection Cover' for customs purposes.

Order Processing

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. During peak hail season (March-August), processing may take up to 2 business days due to high demand.

Order Cutoff Times

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on business days typically ship same day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST ship the following business day
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day

Peak Season Notice

During spring and early summer (our peak hail season), order volume increases significantly. While we work hard to maintain same-day shipping, some orders may experience slight delays. We recommend ordering before the season begins for guaranteed prompt delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Every order includes tracking information so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

How to Track

  1. Check your email for shipping confirmation (typically sent within 24 hours of ordering)
  2. Click the tracking link in your confirmation email
  3. Alternatively, visit the carrier's website and enter your tracking number

Shipping Carriers

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on your location and selected shipping method. The carrier and tracking information will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

If you haven't received your shipping confirmation within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Shipping Address

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order:

  • Before shipment: Contact us immediately and we'll update the address
  • After shipment: Contact the carrier directly to request a redirect (fees may apply)

P.O. Boxes

Due to the size of our packages, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.

Signature Requirements

For orders over $300, we require a signature upon delivery to protect against theft. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package or consider shipping to your workplace.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows 'delivered' but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check around your property and with neighbors
  2. Verify the delivery address matches your order
  3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number
  4. If unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Document the damage with photos before opening
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Keep all packaging materials for potential carrier claims
  4. We'll arrange a replacement or refund

Refused Delivery

If you refuse delivery, the package will be returned to us. Once received, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost (if applicable) and a $15 restocking fee.

Shipping Restrictions

Weather Delays

Severe weather may occasionally delay shipments. Carriers will resume normal operations as soon as safely possible. We cannot offer refunds for weather-related delays.

Address Limitations

We cannot ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (package size exceeds limits)
  • APO/FPO military addresses (contact us for alternatives)
  • Countries under U.S. trade sanctions

Multiple Shipments

Large orders or orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages. You may receive multiple tracking numbers. All packages should arrive within the same delivery window.
