PRODUCT WARRANTY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to warrantable defects and or workmanship, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to initiate a warranty claim for your Hail Storm Products LLC (“Hail Storm Products”) product. This includes The HAIL PROTECTOR™ System and any other product offered by Hail Storm Products.
0-21 Days: Returns
During the first twenty-one days following your purchase and receipt of the item, you may return your purchase for a refund in accordance with our Return Policy. Please follow the instructions found in our Return Policy.
22-365 Days: Warranty Period
Hail Storm Products provides a one (1) year warranty from the 1st day following your purchase, and your receipt of the product, until the 365th day following your purchase, unless otherwise provided. Installation of the product, other than as directed by Hail Storm Products, may void this warranty. If a product fails due to defects in materials and/or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period, Hail Storm Products will replace the product with an open box cover at our discretion in accordance with the outlined proration schedule below provided the customer prepays shipping to and from the shipper.
In order to make a warranty claim, you must first contact us at customerservice@hailstormproducts.com to open a warranty claim. Please include your name and order number.
To complete your warranty claim, we will either require pictures of the issue(s) you are experiencing. If warranty coverage cannot be determined by supplied photographs, we may request that you mail the items back to us for full inspection.
All requests by you for warranty replacement are subject to product inspection, either by photographs or physical inspection, BEFORE approval or denial of your claim.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser only and to items purchased directly from Hail Storm Products LLC.

3 months-12 months - 80%
Optional Extended 3-Year Warranty:

KEEP YOUR RECEIPT. IN ORDER TO CLAIM YOUR WARRANTY, YOU WILL NEED YOUR RECEIPT.
THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN IS THE ONLY WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO THE PRODUCT AND IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE RESULTING FROM ACCIDENT, MISUSE OR ABUSE, IMPROPER INSTALLATION, NEGLECT, IMPROPER SERVICE AND/OR MAINTENANCE OR IF THE DEVICE HAS BEEN INFLATED WITH A DEVICE OTHER THAN A BLOWER SUPPLIED BY HAIL STORM PRODUCTS LLC. USE OF UNAUTHORIZED SERVICE, REPLACEMENT PARTS, ATTACHMENTS, OR ANY OTHER CUSTOMIZATION OF THE PRODUCT WILL VOID THIS WARRANTY. MISUSE INCLUDES ANY USE OF THIS PRODUCT OTHER THAN ITS INTENDED USE(S).
A WARRANTY CLAIM CAN ONLY BE MADE BY THE ORIGINAL PURCHASOR. IN THE EVENT YOUR VEHICLE IS SOLD, PRODUCT IS GIFTED AFTER PURCHASE OR PRODUCT IS RESOLD AFTER PURCHASE, THE WARRANTY IS CONSIDERED VOID. IF THE ORIGINAL VEHICLE IS SOLD, WARRANTY CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED TO YOUR NEW VEHICLE. THE ORIGINAL YEAR, MAKE, AND MODEL MUST MATCH YOUR ORIGINAL PURCHASE.
IN THE EVENT OF LOSS OF COVER, THROUGH NATURAL CAUSES SUCH AS WIND STORMS, OR THEFT, A WARRANTY CLAIM CANNOT BE MADE.
CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THIS PRODUCT IS NOT AN INSURANCE POLICY AND THAT CUSTOMER SHOULD OBTAIN INSURANCE COVERAGE APPROPRIATE FOR THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR VEHICLE.
(“CUSTOMER” OR “YOU” OR “BUYER”) HEREBY AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS HAIL STORM PRODUCTS LLC AND OR ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, SUITS, LOSSES, COSTS AND LEGAL FEES CAUSED BY, INCURRED OUT OF, ARISING OUT OF, OR RESULTING FROM ANY INTENTIONAL OR NEGLIGENT ACT OR OMISSION OF AND/OR BY THE CUSTOMER. HAIL STORM PRODUCTS SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES DUE TO LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF USE OR ANTICIPATED BENEFITS, NOR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE PURCHASE AND/OR USE OF THIS PRODUCT, WHETHER ARISING OUT OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, TORT OR UNDER ANY WARRANTY, EVEN IF HAIL STORM PRODUCTS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. HAIL STORM PRODUCTS NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANYONE TO ASSUME FOR IT ANY OTHER LIABILITIES. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. MISUSE, IMPROPER HANDLING OR STORAGE, IMPROPER MAINTENANCE AND OR CARE, OR ACCIDENTAL, ABUSIVE AND OR NEGLIGENT TREATMENT OF THE PRODUCT WILL INVALIDATE THE HAIL STORM PRODUCTS WARRANTY COVERAGE. THIS WARRANTY WILL BE VOIDED BY ANY MODIFICATIONS AND/OR REPAIRS PERFORMED BY ANY PARTY OTHER THAN WITH HAIL STORM PRODUCTS AT ANY TIME.
