Warranty Information
Every Hail Protector system includes a 1-year pro-rated warranty on the cover. For an additional $79, you can extend coverage to 3 years total from your date of purchase.
Standard 1-Year Warranty

All warranties are pro-rated and begin from the date of purchase. The extended warranty adds 2 years to your included 1-year warranty for 3 years total — it is not a separate warranty. Effective on orders placed 2/24/2022 and beyond. Customer prepays shipping to and from on all warranty claims. Accessory replacements within the first 3 months are covered with only a shipping charge. After 3 months, pro-rated costs apply per replacement part or item.
Warranty Proration Schedule
Effective on orders placed 2/24/2022 and beyond. Credit is calculated as a percentage off the original invoice price of the cover.

Pro-rated credit applies toward the purchase of a replacement cover of the same or comparable size. Original proof of purchase (order confirmation email) required for all warranty claims.
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Contact us at 855-511-4245 ext. 2 (Customer Service) or email customerservice@hailstormproducts.com, Mon–Fri 7am–4:30pm PST.
- Submit photographs of the issue(s) you are experiencing.
- If warranty coverage cannot be determined by photographs, we may request that you mail the item back for full inspection.
- All warranty claims are subject to inspection (photo or physical) before approval or denial.
- Approved claims receive a pro-rated credit toward a replacement cover per the schedule above. Customer prepays shipping to and from.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and to items purchased directly from Hail Storm Products LLC.
